The U.S. military has launched in November 2008 Troop Tube, a video platform dedicated to the military, their families, civilian employees and supporters of the U.S. Army. You can't really compare it to YouTube because there is no export function and therefore the notion of sharing.
TroopTube enjoys a feature developed by Delve Networks, a system that allows you to translate text the sound of a video by selecting the significant words, which makes the keyword search more efficient.
You can not really compare it to YouTube as TroopTube has no function to embed, only the concept of sharing.
