The Kyrill storm which swept all Northern Europe made alot of damage on the roads, particularly in the north of France. Ti also caused the death of two people in Roubaix and Nouvion, close to Abbeville. Gusts of wind were measured up to 130 km/h along the coasts, 110 km/h in the interior of the grounds, and even up to 180 km/h in the Vosges, on the peak of Markstein.
